Our Space
Unite Your Soul offers two distinct yet interconnected yoga experiences in Burnstown and Arnprior, Ontario. Though each space is unique in its atmosphere and energy, both are rooted in the same intention: to cultivate connection, community and presence.
These spaces are a living reflection of duality - the understanding that contrast is not something to overcome, but something to integrate. Light and dark. Stillness and movement. The inner world and the outer one. Just as we need darkness to recognize the light, we need presence within ourselves to fully engage with the world around us.
At Unite Your Soul, yoga is an invitation to gather the fragmented pieces of who we are - mind, body, and spirit - and gently bring them back into harmony. Through breath, movement, and awareness, we explore what happens when opposites meet, in balance.
When we honor both sides of our experience and allow them to coexist, something shifts. What once felt separate becomes whole. What once felt scattered begins to settle. In this union, we find grounded clarity, and peace.
Burnstown, ON
Everything moves in circles. The turning of the seasons. The orbit of the planets. The slow migration of constellations across the night sky. We, too, are part of this sacred cycle—woven into the same living system as the forests, rivers, and soil beneath our feet. From the Earth comes everything we need: every piece of wood, coal, iron, and wool; every plant, every animal, every breath. When we forget or dishonour this relationship, we disrupt not only the natural world, but the balance within ourselves.
Unite Your Soul’s Geodome in Burnstown, Ontario is a return to the natural world—a light-filled space rooted in the rhythms of the Earth. Shaped as a circle, the dome itself reflects the wisdom of nature: no beginning, no end, no hierarchy—only wholeness. Here, wide open skies, changing seasons, and the surrounding landscape are not separate from our practice; they are an integral part of it. This space invites us to look beyond ourselves and remember our place within something far greater.
Arnprior, ON
Unite Your Soul’s studio in Arnprior is an invitation inward. Nestled within a vibrant, growing small-town community, this space offers a quiet, intimate environment - one that values presence, connection, and belonging.
Cozy and softly lit, with pine floors that bring warmth and ease to each practice, this space supports connection through closeness, shared presence, and the natural rhythm that unfolds when we gather in a more personal setting.
Our space in Arnprior is intentionally committed to keeping class sizes small, with never more than 6-7 students present at one time. This allows each practice to remain intimate, creating room for students to feel comfortable, supported, and grounded in their bodies. Here, yoga becomes a gentle return to the home within.
