BEGINNERS

For those just beginning their yoga journey. This class will move at a gentle pace, exploring the fundamentals of a typical Hatha yoga practice, with focus on traditional poses, alignment and pranayama (breathing techniques).
This class is a 1-month in-class commitment. Each practice will build off the last. Drop-in is not available.
GENTLE YOGA

This class is a slower, softer version of our All Levels Flow. Featuring more seated and supported postures, this practice moves through a series of gentle yoga poses and stretches, connecting breath to body and improving relaxation, mobility & mindfulness.
This gentle practice is ideal for students who are new to yoga or seeking a class that incorporates a balance of both flow based & restorative poses.

Deeply rooted in meditation and restorative postures, this practice combines slow, intentional movement with mindful stillness to gently release tension and cultivate deep connection. This class is the perfect way to start your morning, helping you to feel grounded and balanced, ready to carry this energy throughout your day.

A gentle journey inward — blending the rhythms of nature, the wisdom of the stars, and the subtle connection between mind, body, and heart. These monthly sessions shift locations and themes, with each gathering offering its own unique experience. Some months may include a sound bath or other supportive elements designed to deepen your practice.
