Classes

  • Beginners

    For those just beginning their yoga journey. This class will move at a gentle pace, exploring the fundamentals of a typical Hatha yoga practice, with focus on traditional poses, alignment and pranayama (breathing techniques).

  • Gentle Yoga

    A slower, gentler version of our All Levels Practice. Featuring more seated and supported postures. This practice moves through a series of gentle yoga poses and stretches, connecting breath to body and
    improving relaxation, mobility & mindfulness.

  • All Levels Flow

    Building strength in core, balance in body, and increased flexibility/range in motion. This vinyasa flow practice is centred around creating space for mindfulness and connection between mind, body & heart.

  • Meditation

    A gentle journey inward - blending the rhythms of nature, the wisdom of the stars, and the subtle connection between mind, body, and spirit. These sessions are cultivated for every level, whether you’re deep in your practice or just beginning to explore meditation. Together, we soften into stillness, quiet the mind, and open space to know ourselves more deeply.

  • Morning Mindfulness

    Ease into your day with a calm, grounding practice designed to awaken the body and settle the mind. This online-only class blends slow, intentional movement with restorative postures, offering a gentle way to release tension and maintain connection throughout your day.

    Private sessions offer a unique opportunity to deepen your practice in a way that’s fully tailored to you. Whether you’re just starting out, working with an injury, or looking to advance specific postures, one-on-one guidance provides personalized attention you simply can’t get in a group setting. You’ll move at your own pace, receive adjustments that honour your body, and enjoy the flexibility to schedule sessions when they suit you best.

Carly Henkelman-Leavoy
Yoga Instructor (500-RYT)

With roots in psychology and behavioral science, and years spent guiding others through the wisdom of yoga asana, Carly weaves together the practices that have shaped her own healing. Guided by a deep love of Astrology and Nature, she brings a holistic, heart-centered approach to supporting others in their yoga practice.

Her work focuses on reconnecting to and befriending the body, calming and healing the nervous system, and creating space for quiet clarity within. Carly believes that true well-being comes from learning to listen inward - finding steadiness in the body, peace in the mind, and a grounded connection to the energetic life force that runs through, and connects us all.
